Job summary

SPX Technologies is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead product planning and marketing for its Industrial Heating portfolio. You will drive lifecycle management, gather requirements, and coordinate across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure profitable products.

You will collaborate on product strategy, pricing, and market positioning while developing technical marketing materials and support tools for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product management, brand management, market management, or engineering management.
• BS degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Positioning and in-market execution for Industrial Heating Portfolio.
• Develop the product strategy to manage the portfolio and meet market needs.
• Analyze sales, margins, competitive strategy, and market data to drive revenue and product decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory to support product success.
• Lead the New Product Introduction and VAVE processes and develop launch plans.
• Provide technical marketing collateral and sales tools to enable effective selling.
