Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Product Manager for its Electric Heat portfolio. You will lead product planning, lifecycle management, and marketing efforts to ensure market success and profitability across industrial heating solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory teams to deliver aligned products, messaging, and materials that support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product management, brand management, market management, or engineering management.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial process industries and B2B/B2C channels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and product marketing for new and existing products throughout the life cycle.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure market success.
• Develop product roadmaps, pricing, and launch plans; manage NPIs/VAVE and line reviews.
