SPX Technologies is hiring a Global Product Manager to oversee product life cycles from concept to end of life across global markets. You will drive roadmaps, rationalization, pricing strategies and margin optimization while coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of cooling equipment and strong market insight. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement product definitions, respond to VOC, and guide global

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Broad product and market knowledge across cooling equipment.
• Strategic decision making and market thinking.
• Technical aptitude with cooling products and markets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting, finance and distribution models.
• Exposure to process improvement methodologies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering and marketing.
• MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and update product roadmaps for assigned product lines.
• Provide market/product updates to the broader team.
• Contribute to global product strategy and development initiatives.
• Analyze VOC and sales data to propose improvements.
• Define product specifications for new development.
• Identify new markets and market sizes through research.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Document customer requirements and product changes.
• Lead cost and margin optimization efforts by region.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Produce competitive analysis materials and market position strategies.
• Lead best practices and product training across the business unit.
