Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product planning and marketing for the Industrial Heating portfolio. You will own the portfolio lifecycle, prioritize customer and tech requirements, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute strategy.

The role demands building business cases, guiding NPIs/VAVE, and delivering in-market launches. Travel up to 25% is required. A BS in Engineering, Business, or Marketing is required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in product or brand management, market management, or engineering management.
• Experience in the industrial process industry and in B2B strategies.
• Strong portfolio management across multiple channels and brands.
• Education: BS in Engineering, Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and launch plans for the Industrial Heating portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.
• Analyze market data, pricing, and competitive landscape to drive strategy.
