Job summary

SPX Technologies, within its Electric Heat portfolio, is seeking a Product Manager to lead planning and marketing for existing and new products. You will manage the portfolio lifecycle, capture customer and technology requirements, and align cross-functional teams to execute product scoping, launches, and life-cycle management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product management, brand management, market management, or engineering management.
• BS in Engineering, Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and product marketing processes for new and existing products across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory to ensure successful launches and market success.
• Develop product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and business cases; manage NPIs/VAVE and product line viability.
