Job summary

SPX Technologies in the United States is seeking a Product Manager for the Electric Heat business. You will lead product planning, lifecycle management, and market requirements to ensure profitable portfolio performance.

Responsibilities include building product strategy, coordinating with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, and guiding new product introductions and product changes through the stage-gate process. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product/brand/market management or engineering management.
• MBA preferred.
• BS degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and marketing processes for new and existing products.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle and prioritize technology and customer requirements.
• Develop product strategy and roadmaps for the Industrial Process Portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product success.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and VAVE processes.
