Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a senior leader to own global product and market strategy, delivering growth across HVAC, Refrigeration and Process Cooling. The VP will guide product management, strategic marketing, and pricing to translate market insights into winning roadmaps and scalable GTM execution.

• Experience translating market insights into actionable strategy.
• Strong leadership across product, marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own global product and market strategy with accountability for revenue growth, margin expansion, and share gains.
• Lead strategic planning, translate strategy into milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Drive vertical growth through segmentation, targeting, and value proposition refinement.
• Own global pricing strategy and drive value-based pricing.
• Define and lead marketing, VOC programs, and competitive intelligence.
• Oversee M&A diligence and post-close value capture.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Engineering and Operations.
