Wellthy is seeking a remote Product Manager II in the United States to shape the future of our caregiving product. You will lead vision, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact features that support families and care teams.

You’ll own discovery through user interviews and experiments, apply data insights, and explore AI-enabled improvements to deliver step-change user experiences. Strong communication is essential.

Formación

• 4-6 years of experience with a customer-facing tech platform.
• Ability to obtain, extract, and analyze data to inform product strategy.
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity about engineering capabilities.
• Experience owning, building, and launching products in an agile environment.
• Caregiving or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• A CS degree or engineering background is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with limited resources.
• Excellent written and analytical communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Wellthy’s culture.

Responsabilidades

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap with prioritized scope.
• Lead rigorous discovery via user interviews, experiments, and data.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data teams to build features.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for UX improvements.
• Define success metrics and own product lifecycle from launch to sunset.
