WellRight is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the experiences clients use for corporate wellness programs, from configuration to reporting, surfacing insights of real impact. You will help define and execute the product roadmap, drive launches, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning data-heavy features like analytics, reporting, dashboards.

• Proven ability in product discovery, market research, and user interviews.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Drive product discovery through market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, impact, and feasibility.
