Job summary

Spring Health in New York City is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Care Experience to drive the product vision for technology-enabled care experiences. You will help members make meaningful progress, empower providers, and extend the impact of each session throughout the care journey.

The role is hybrid, based in NYC with 2–3 days in the office weekly; relocation within the NYC metro area is expected if needed and some travel to on-sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience designing and running experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis, iterative rollouts).
• Strong analytical fluency; form hypotheses and connect data to product decisions.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing speed with clinical integrity and stakeholder trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate strategy and tradeoffs.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools; identify where AI can improve products/workflows.
• Experience working with or alongside clinicians is a plus.
• Fluency with Looker, Mixpanel, and/or Eppo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for core care experiences.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact moments in a member's early care journey; reduce friction to rebookings.
• Use insights, data, and experiments to measure impact against KPIs reflecting business and clinical outcomes.
• Guide product work from discovery through launch and iteration; balance user needs and clinical considerations.
• Build alignment across cross-functional teams; communicate tradeoffs clearly; focus on care experiences and outcomes.
• Apply AI thoughtfully in building and working; raise AI fluency across the team.
