Job summary

Wellthy is seeking a Product Manager II to shape the future of our product, delivering solutions to support caregiving members and internal care teams. You will lead product vision, prioritization, and scoping, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.

You will own the roadmap, run discovery, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and data professionals. A focus on AI opportunities and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience working with a customer-facing tech platform.
• Ability to extract and analyze data to inform product strategy.
• Experience owning product lifecycle from ideation to launch in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead discovery with user interviews, experiments, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements and guide development of features.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage.
• Define success metrics and own the product lifecycle from launch to sunset.
