Job summary

Wellthy is seeking a Product Manager II to shape the product roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and data teams, and drive user-focused solutions for caregiving members. You will own discovery, define scope, and guide features from ideation to launch.

You will work on building and delivering world-class experiences, with emphasis on AI-enabled improvements and measurable impact on client outcomes. This remote US role emphasizes strong judgment, urgency, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to extract and analyze data to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap with strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Run user interviews, experiments, and data analysis to validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data teams to deliver features.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for competitive advantage and UX improvements.
  • Own metrics and product lifecycle from launch to sunset.

Job description

  • As our Product Manager II, you will work in a management capacity to shape the future of our product. You will help build and deliver solutions to better support our caregiving members, enable our internal care teams to more efficiently deliver a world-class experience, and showcase the value of our service to our clients. You will lead efforts around product vision, prioritization, and scoping
  • You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Owning and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning stakeholders and leadership while exercising strong judgment to prioritize what gets built and why
  • Hands-On Discovery: Leading a rigorous discovery process by running user interviews, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to uncover insights and validate hypotheses
  • Execution & Collaboration: Working side-by-side with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements, solve roadblocks, and guide the development of high-impact features
  • Innovation: Actively identifying opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage and deliver step-change improvements to the user experience
  • Ownership & Impact: Defining success metrics, tracking product performance against key business goals, and taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from launch to sunset
