Job summary

ComPsych, the worldwide leader in organizational mental health and wellbeing, seeks a product leader to modernize our AI-native product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. You’ll partner with Engineering and Design to turn frontline knowledge into digital products and drive impact across the business.

You’ll own the product strategy and roadmap, draft AI-assisted requirements, prototype with AI, and work closely with sales, customer success, and BD to turn insights into measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning products end to end — strategy, roadmap and execution.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Analytical, data-driven approach in Agile environments.
• Experience using AI for discovery, prototyping, or analysis.
• Awareness of data privacy, bias, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap; align cross-functional teams with business goals.
• Direct AI-accelerated discovery; turn insights into priorities and decisions.
• Draft requirements with AI; validate scope, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Prototype with AI to create interactive mockups and demos; gather stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze usage data to generate hypotheses; decide on experiments and success metrics.
• Engage with customers and internal teams; share product vision and direction.
• Collaborate with PMs to build prompts, guardrails, and ensure privacy and accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
