Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Peoplesoft Application Developer to join our IT team in Chantilly, VA. You will help modernize the HRMS platform for federal customers, leveraging PeopleSoft capabilities and Oracle SQL in a multi-year program.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft solutions, collaborate with business analysts, and ensure compliance with TS/SCI with Polygraph requirements while onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of information systems implementation or change management experience.
• 3 years of PeopleSoft HRMS ERP development, incl. PeopleSoft 9.x.
• 2 years of Oracle SQL experience.
• ESB technology experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph; on-site Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solution design, development, deployment, and implementation of PeopleSoft.
• Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges and translate them into tech solutions.
• Develop using PeopleTools; apply system design principles.
• Collaborate with Requirements Analysts to translate user stories into features each sprint.
• Assess vendor updates and upgrades impact on the system.
• Propose approaches to minimize customization while meeting requirements.
• Provide production support; analyze, design, code, and test complex issues.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases; correct data in critical situations.
