Job summary
Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager to define and deliver initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve real problems for patients and partners.
You'll own the product roadmap, drive discovery and end-to-end execution, monitor key metrics, and align with regulatory constraints in healthcare and pharmacy to ensure safe, scalable solutions for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field.
- 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent role.
- Experience shipping product features with Engineering in agile environments.
- Strong analytical skills using product metrics to inform decisions.
- Clear communication; write effective specs and drive discussions with teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.
Responsibilities
- Own roadmap and deliver product initiatives for patient care and operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
- Monitor KPIs, adoption, and usability; report OKRs for your area.
- Identify regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
