Job summary

Fuze Health's FuzeRx division seeks a Product Manager to own the roadmap for a pharmacy-focused product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business stakeholders to solve patient and partner problems.

You will drive discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery within your domain, collaborating with senior leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or product-adjacent role
• Experience shipping product features in agile environments with engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics to inform decisions
• Clear, concise communication and ability to drive feature discussions with engineers and customers
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined product strategy
• Translate needs into clear product requirements with engineering, design and data
• Drive feature discussions with customers and cross-functional partners
• Support product discovery through research, data analysis and validation
• Monitor KPIs, adoption and usability; contribute to OKR/QBR reporting
• Triager features, bugs and requests; align engineering work with end-user experience
• Understand healthcare and pharmacy regulatory constraints and escalate accordingly
