Fuze Health, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver senior-level product initiatives advancing patient care and pharmacy operations. You will work with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to shape strategy and drive outcomes.

You will lead discovery, align stakeholders, and establish success metrics across a healthcare-focused product portfolio, mentoring others and navigating regulatory constraints to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experiments, and validation.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders using data and tradeoffs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to iterate and improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints in healthcare environments.
