Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define, shape, and deliver high‑impact initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. This senior individual contributor role operates with autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business leaders to solve complex problems at scale.

You will set product standards, influence strategy across domains, and mentor other Product Managers while driving measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience owning cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record launching products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience partnering with Engineering in agile development.
• Strong analytics with product metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience in regulated or complex domains (healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with influence without authority.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex, high-impact areas from discovery to delivery.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to goals and outcomes.
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead product discovery through research, data analysis, experiments, and validation.
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders using data and tradeoffs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to improve product performance.
• Anticipate regulatory, operational, and technical constraints and design compliant solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar for product quality and execution.
