Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx team to own the roadmap and drive end-to-end features that advance patient care and pharmacy operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve real-world problems for patients and partners.

The role emphasizes discovery, prioritization, and measurable outcomes, with autonomy to define initiatives, validate ideas with data, and ensure alignment with regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience shipping product features in agile environments.
• Strong analytics using product metrics to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to drive discussions with engineers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined strategy.
• Translate needs into clear specs with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Lead feature discussions with cross-functional partners and customers.
• Support discovery through research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption; drive iterations and OKR reporting if needed.
• Triaged features, bugs, and requests and connect work to user experience.
