Job summary

BRG is seeking a Product Manager to own a defined product area, driving business impact and customer outcomes. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and leadership to prioritize work, deliver value, and scale products across the organization.

You will manage roadmaps, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with diverse teams to align product strategy with business goals. This role reports to a Product Strategy Business Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of total professional experience.
• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and lifecycle activities.
• Experience leading Agile product teams.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional product rollouts.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related product tools.
• Experience with data analytics and using data to drive decision making is a plus.
• Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and delivery execution for assigned product area.
• Partner with product strategy, product success, and leadership to align customer experience with objectives.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap with leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, PM, and client teams to deliver customer value.
• Create and manage detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Lead product launches, release planning, and adoption activities.
• Define and monitor product success metrics using data.
