Job summary

Health N Wellness Rx is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead products from concept to launch and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams to define strategy, prioritize features, and deliver customer-centered solutions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements while coordinating launches and monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong understanding of product development and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Translate business needs into product requirements.
• Create and prioritize product backlog, features, and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering and design throughout product development.
• Define acceptance criteria and document requirements clearly.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics.
• Conduct user research and improve customer experience.
• Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and product risks.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and results to leadership.
