Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a Product Manager to define and lead the strategy for Digital and Customer Experience across the Business Solutions portfolio, including CRM and website platforms.

You will translate business needs into prioritized capabilities and align multiple development teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties
• Demonstrated experience in digital product management, product ownership, or a related discipline
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
• Strong experience working with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrations, workflows, and modern product development practices
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Experience Manager, Wrike, Azure DevOps, and/or SAFe is a plus
• MarTech or SalesTech product experience is a plus
• Experience with AI-native product practices or AI-enabled digital solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute product strategy for Information Technology/Digital solutions.
• Understand in depth the relevant Digital markets, competition, and user requirements. Work with users to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead product design and development for innovative solutions.
• Work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure, and high-performance computing experts, and business development in cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies.
• Adhere to and support a quality management framework.
