Job summary

BRG is seeking a Product Manager to lead a defined product area and drive business impact through strategic delivery. You will partner with engineering, design, project management, client teams, and leadership to prioritize features that solve real problems and scale with the business.

Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, aligning with strategy, coordinating agile ceremonies, and leading launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5-7 years total professional experience.
3-5 years product management.
Experience managing roadmaps and lifecycle activities.
Experience leading Agile product teams.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Own product roadmap and delivery execution for assigned product area.
Partner with product strategy, product success, and leadership to ensure alignment with objectives.
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap with leadership.
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, PM, and client-facing teams to deliver value.
Create and manage detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Lead product launches, release planning, communications, training, and adoption activities.
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for new capabilities.
Define and monitor product success metrics and use data to inform decisions.
