Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Product Manager for the Signify Health team to lead interoperability and reporting on our data platform. You will define the product vision for data exchange standards like FHIR and C-CDA, coordinating with EMR/HIE integrations and client reporting.

You will work with data engineering, BI, clinical teams and legal to deliver scalable solutions. This role reports to the Lead Director, Data Product, and requires strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years professional experience including 4+ years in product roles with data products focus.
• Experience in healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, C-CDA data exchange formats.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange using healthcare standards.
• Lead interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical teams, and legal; engage with clients.
• Report to the Lead Director, Data Product, within the technology organization.
