Job summary

Digitas, located in Chicago, seeks a Manager of Digital Product Management – AI Orchestration to advance an internal AI platform, deliver AI-powered client solutions, and drive operational excellence across agency teams. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and lead the development of new AI agents and orchestrations.

You will work hands-on with AI, automation, and workflow optimization while guiding cross-disciplinary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related tech.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams to deliver AI solutions for agency projects.
Participate in discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects using our platform.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks.
Collaborate with teams to ideate, develop, and launch agents and experiences.
Create agents and orchestrations with SMEs and engineers.
Lead intake, planning, and delivery processes to mature and scale work.
Represent the AI team to partners and clients.
Support build, rollout, and maintenance practices.
Stay updated on generative AI and MarTech trends.
