Job summary

Digitas is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Product Management – AI Orchestration to advance our AI platform and client projects. You will lead initiatives applying generative AI, automation, and process optimization across Strategy, Data, Media, and Experience Design teams.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and SMEs to translate business needs into technical requirements, deliver AI-powered solutions, and ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes for diverse client suites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology roles with cross-functional development experience.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI or related tech.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and digital marketing landscape.
• Proven ability to drive product development from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Experience supporting product or application development in agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support technical delivery across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Digitas AI team to internal partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver AI solutions for agency functions.
• Drive discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects using our generative AI platform.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop new agents and experiences.
• Create agents and orchestrations with SMEs and engineers.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight and problem solving.
• Shape intake, planning, and delivery processes for scale and impact.
• Build rollout, training, support, and maintenance processes.
