Job summary

Digitas, located in Chicago, seeks an Associate Director of Digital Product Management – AI Orchestration to advance our bespoke AI platform across agency teams. You will partner with Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, and Experience Design to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions and to deploy new agents and orchestrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology roles in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Technology related field.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Digitas AI team to internal partners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Partner with internal teams and SMEs to deliver AI solutions for agency teams.
• Drive the discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects using our generative AI platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ideate, develop, and launch new agents and experiences.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight and problem-solving as new features are developed.
• Shape intake, planning, and delivery processes to be scalable and sustainable.
• Build rollout, training, and maintenance processes.
