Job summary

Digitas is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Product Management – AI Orchestration to advance our AI platform and client projects by applying generative AI and data.

You’ll partner with Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, and Experience Design to deliver AI-powered solutions, orchestrations, and scalable processes.

The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with clear communication to both technical and non‑technical audiences, ensuring impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related tech.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and digital advertising tech.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Digitas AI team to partners and clients.
• Deliver AI solutions for Strategy, Data, Media, and more.
• Drive discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ideate, develop, and launch new agents.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight and troubleshoot new features.
