Job summary

Digitas is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Management – AI Products & Platform Engineering to shape and advance our bespoke generative AI platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions for the agency and clients.

You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement features, manage daily operations, and ensure reliability and scalability of our tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional development in agile environments.
• Hands-on with generative AI, machine learning, or related tech.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools and ad tech landscape.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks.
• Identify and recommend features, functionalities, partnerships, and integrations aligned with platform goals and client needs.
• Stay current with generative AI, MarTech, and related technologies to inform best practices.
• Apply BDD and TDD methodologies, define business requirements and user stories, and write acceptance criteria in Gherkin format.
• Work with QA to develop comprehensive test cases and ensure quality.
• Lead day-to-day agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support execution of the product roadmap and delivery of new features on the AI platform.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for new features.
• Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback for ongoing enhancements.
