Job summary

Chase is seeking a Bill Pay Product Associate to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital business loan payment experiences within the Bill Pay Payments team. You will advocate for customers, collaborate across Product, Technology, Design, and Analytics, and measure impact via clear outcomes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related domain.
• Demonstrated customer-first product thinking, including problem definition, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle, user experience design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value delivery across the product life cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
