Zusammenfassung

BILL is seeking an Analytics Owner for its Payments products within Payments and Financial Services. You will define KPIs, build production-grade data models, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM leadership with direct executive visibility from day one.

You will run experiments, apply causal inference to validate improvements, and drive automation of recurring reports to free time for higher-value work. Experience with payments or fintech is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product analytics, data science, or related quantitative field, owning a domain end to end.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience with dbt or similar production data models.
• Fluency in experimentation and causal inference to justify decisions.
• Ability to present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

• Set the analytics agenda for Payments and identify data gaps and automation opportunities.
• Own the Payments analytics relationship with product, engineering, finance, and GTM leadership.
• Run experiments and apply causal inference to base decisions on moved metrics.
• Build production-grade data models in dbt with tests and documentation.
• Automate recurring reporting and drive executive reporting adoption across leadership.
