BILL is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Delivery Manager embedded in our Payments and Financial Services engineering org. This role serves as the dedicated operational partner to the VP of Engineering for Payments and Financial Services, steering priorities and risks across real-time payments, ACH, and bank integrations.

You will maintain an org-wide view, drive strategic delivery, and translate complex progress into clear updates for product, finance, compliance and executives.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in technical program management or related field.
• Strong command of the software development lifecycle in agile/hybrid delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain org-wide view of initiatives and delivery risks.
• Lead high-priority programs in payments infra and compliance releases.
• Identify blockers and escalate with context and a recommended path forward.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on technical decisions affecting timelines.
• Translate progress and risks for product, finance, compliance and executive audiences.
• Establish planning cycles and program reviews with signal over noise.
• Use AI tooling to keep overhead lean without losing focus.
