cabi, LLC is seeking a Product Manager – Field Technology to own The Studio platform for Stylists. You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and external partners to deliver value that grows Stylists' businesses and enhances client experiences.

The role emphasizes AI-first thinking, balancing customer experience with business goals, technical feasibility, and operational excellence to drive measurable outcomes across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products in ecommerce, retail, SaaS, enterprise platforms, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ownership of products from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Experience partnering closely with software engineering teams using Agile development methodologies.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, adoption, and long-term success of assigned capabilities within The Studio.
• Translate business strategy into product roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain ownership after launch by monitoring adoption, customer satisfaction, business performance, operational efficiency, and support trends.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance, simplify, or retire capabilities based on customer feedback, analytics, and business value.
