Job summary

Higharc is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Studio, our browser-based 2D/3D design environment. You will lead the vision, roadmap, and integration of Studio with estimates, Showroom, and construction docs.

You have 5+ years in product management on complex software, with a track record shipping interactive editors or design tools, and you’ll prototype ideas using Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev to validate approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management for modern software products.
• Track record shipping complex, interactive applications with measurable impact, ideally authoring tools or editors.
• Technical fluency: read architecture, reason about data models, tradeoffs with eng.
• Judgment to separate defects that erode trust from cosmetic ones.
• Experience prototyping to validate ideas quickly using Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Studio's authoring workflow (2D/3D editing through plan, elevation, and option management at catalog scale).
• Run discovery with drafters and internal Studio users to observe workflows.
• Partner with Studio Engineering and Building Generation on API surface between building model and Studio's rendering systems.
• Set quality thresholds for interaction latency, geometric correctness, and undo integrity, and uphold them under pressure.
• Own metrics like activation, time-to-first-plan, authoring throughput, plan reuse, and model correctness.
• Define direction for Studio's integration with estimating, purchasing, and sales personas without degrading workflow.
