Job summary

Cast & Crew in California is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product development for our entertainment payroll and production workflows. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and customers to turn complex processes into intuitive solutions across mobile and desktop.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI-enabled workflows and enterprise software, owning the roadmap from discovery through delivery while driving cross-functional alignment and a deep understanding of user needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience with enterprise or consumer SaaS.
• Experience owning end-to-end product roadmaps from discovery through delivery.
• Strong mobile product sensibility for mobile-first experiences.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and translating user research into clear product requirements.
• Experience creating AI-first or AI-assisted product solutions.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Customer-facing teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own your product roadmap: Build and maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap that reflects customer needs, priorities, and technical opportunities, and execute against it reliably.
• Drive usability improvements across mobile and desktop so crews and approvers can complete work faster with less friction.
• Build for scale and flexibility: Deliver architecture and features that support Cast & Crew customers and entertainment verticals.
• Stay close to the customer with ongoing discovery to validate solutions and keep the roadmap grounded in real user needs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to move quickly and deliver against commitments.
