Job summary

Higharc is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Studio, our browser-based 2D and 3D design environment. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design teams.

You will balance performance, data modeling, and user experience while enabling estimating, purchasing, and sales workflows. Join a remote-first team focused on residential construction tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on modern software products.
• Track record shipping complex, interactive applications (authoring tools, editors, or design software).
• Technical fluency: read architectures, reason about data models, tradeoffs with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Studio's authoring workflow.
• Run discovery with drafters and internal Studio users.
• Partner with Studio Engineering and Building Generation on API surfaces.
• Set quality thresholds for latency, geometry, and undo integrity.
• Own metrics like activation, time-to-first-plan, and throughput.
• Define direction for Studio's access to estimating, purchasing, and sales.
