Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, is hiring a Product Manager for Discovery & Search Fan Experience. You will manage the product life cycle from planning to execution, collaborating with engineering, design, data analytics and client success teams to deliver products aligned with business goals.

You’ll drive sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and KPI tracking while implementing a test-and-learn framework from MVP to scalable solutions, in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, CS or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in Product Management.
• Strong execution skills in sprint ceremonies, backlogs and cross-functional coordination.
• Tech knowledge of APIs and REST services.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and delivery for agile squads (standups, planning, grooming, reviews).
• Write and prioritize Jira tickets and maintain backlog health.
• Unblock progress by managing intake from Engineering, QA, and partners.
• Design and implement systems and processes to improve team cohesion.
• Create detailed functional specs, process maps and user stories.
