Job summary
AXS is seeking a Product Manager for our Discovery & Search Fan Experience to lead the product lifecycle from planning to execution. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics and client success teams to deliver high quality products that meet business goals.
You’ll own day-to-day execution for agile squads, write and prioritize Jira tickets, manage blockers, and help drive continuous improvements through defined KPIs and a test-and-learn approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of product management experience with sprint ceremonies and backlogs.
- Strong Jira, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution for agile squads, leading sprint ceremonies.
- Write and prioritize Jira tickets and maintain backlog.
- Unblock blockers with Engineering and QA.
- Design systems to improve processes and measure objectives.
- Draft detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and client success.
