Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Product Manager for our Discovery & Search Fan Experience. You will own the product lifecycle, from planning to delivery, and lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment.

You will write and prioritize Jira tickets, define requirements and KPIs, and partner with engineering, design, data analytics, and client success to deliver scalable fan experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong execution with sprint ceremonies and backlog management.
• Experience with Jira and cross-functional coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and delivery for agile squads.
• Write and prioritize Jira tickets for a healthy backlog.
• Unblock progress by managing blockers with Eng/QA.
• Define and track product KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop detailed specs, process maps, and user stories.
