Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Product Manager for our Discovery & Search Fan Experience to own the product lifecycle from planning to delivery. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data analytics and client success to deliver high-quality fan experiences.

You will lead sprint ceremonies, write and prioritize Jira tickets, and define KPIs while implementing a test-and-learn framework to scale MVPs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in Product Management.
• Experience leading sprint ceremonies and backlog management.
• Strong Jira skills and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for agile squads and sprint ceremonies.
• Write and prioritize Jira tickets to manage backlog.
• Unblock progress by coordinating with Engineering, QA, and partners.
• Define KPIs and drive performance reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, and client success.
