Job summary

AXS seeks a Product Manager for Discovery & Search Fan Experience to own the product lifecycle from planning to execution. You will collaborate with engineering, QA, design, data analytics, and client success teams to deliver fan-centric products that meet business goals.

Responsibilities include leading sprint ceremonies, maintaining a healthy backlog, writing detailed requirements, and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement across global squads.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, MIS, CS or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in product management with end-to-end lifecycle experience.
• Strong sprint ceremonies and backlog management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for agile squads and sprint ceremonies.
• Write and prioritize Jira tickets; maintain backlog health.
• Unblock progress by managing engineering and QA blockers.
• Drive process improvements and team cohesion across squads.
• Create functional specs, process maps, and user stories.
• Gather detailed product requirements aligned to roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, and client success.
• Define and track KPIs; support performance reporting.
• Implement test-and-learn to iterate MVP to scalable solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends to evolve offerings.
