Job summary

AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Experience Control platform, including ticket validation, API/SDK integrations, and operational telemetry across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Field Operations, and venue stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve fan experiences, and ensure reliable ingress operations across live events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Experience owning technical products, platforms, APIs, SDKs, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver platform, integration, or infrastructure-adjacent products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Experience Control capabilities across the platform.
• Establish platform priorities balancing reliability, scalability, modernization, and growth.
• Own capabilities delivered via applications, APIs, SDKs, integrations, event-driven services, and backend systems.
• Drive decisions using operational health metrics, telemetry, observability, and performance data.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define reliability and operational readiness standards.
• Identify improvements reducing friction and improving incident response and reliability.] ,
