Entrata is seeking a Product Manager to own the ESG product path, turning utility and building energy data into credible sustainability outcomes for asset managers. You’ll collaborate with Utilities teams, talk to demanding customers weekly, and ship capabilities that reduce manual ESG processes while enabling durable growth for Entrata Utilities.

Responsibilities include applying energy data benchmarks, automating reports, and ensuring AI-enabled workflows align with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong sustainability/ESG literacy in real estate and portfolios.
• Experience shipping B2B SaaS products in proptech or utilitytech.
• Familiar with energy data workflows and benchmarking standards.

Responsibilities

• Own product path turning energy data into sustainability outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver ESG benchmarking and reporting features.
