Job summary

Entrata seeks a Product Manager to own the sustainability data pathway, turning utility and building energy data into trusted ESG outcomes. You will align with Utility Operations and Engineering, speak with advanced customers weekly, and ship capabilities that reduce manual ESG efforts while enabling a durable growth path for Entrata Utilities.

The role requires deep ESG literacy, knowledge of Scope 1-3 concepts, and experience in B2B SaaS or proptech.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol scopes and calculation methods used in real portfolios.
• Direct multifamily or commercial real estate operator/owner experience.
• GRESB or SASB reporting/document creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns ESG-focused product strategy for sustainability data in real estate.
• Collaborates with engineering to deliver B2B SaaS capabilities for ESG reporting.
• Engages with sophisticated customers weekly to refine requirements and ensure release readiness.
