Job summary

EnergyHub seeks a Lead Product Manager to own how we connect with utility operational systems and unlock automation opportunities that drive value across CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS. You will transform fragmented data models into a coherent integration strategy and own the utility-facing surface end to end.

Reporting to a Director of Product, you will collaborate with product, engineering, data science, sales, solutions engineering, and client success to accelerate onboarding, define API usability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software product management experience, with ownership of APIs, platform products, or integrations.
• Deep utility operations knowledge, including CIS and ADMS familiarity.
• Experience handling security, compliance, and IT governance with clients.
• Ability to translate messy stakeholder needs into a coherent plan.
• Direct exposure to utility control room operations and related standards.
• Experience with API products in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for utility system integrations across CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS.
• Extend internal APIs into a cohesive, performant public surface.
• Drive enrollment automation to onboard customers and DER assets into programs.
