Job summary

Entrata is seeking a product manager to own the data-to-sustainability workflow, turning energy data into trusted outcomes for building operations. You will collaborate closely with Utility Operations and Engineering, engaging with sophisticated customers on a regular cadence.

The role requires deep ESG literacy in the built environment and a strong track record in product management for B2B/proptech or utilitytech, with familiarity in multifamily or commercial real estate utilities.

Job description

• Own the product path for turning utility and building energy data into trustworthy sustainability outcomes: benchmarking, performance standards readiness, audit/RCx report workflows, green energy understanding, and reporting.
• Work closely with Utility Operations/Utility Expense Management product and engineering, and talk to sophisticated customers every week.

Responsibilities:

• Deep sustainability/ESG literacy in the built environment, including Scope 1, 2, 3 concepts, ENERGY STAR, BPS, and green energy.
• Strong product management craft in B2B/proptech or utilitytech, owning ambiguous 0→1 and 1→n problems.
• Multifamily or commercial real estate utility domain awareness.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of GHG Protocol and real-portfolio calculations.
• Direct multifamily or commercial real estate operator/owner experience.
• GRESB or SASB reporting experience.
• Salary range: $110,400 - $176,800 per year.
