Job summary

Entrata is seeking a Product Manager to own the path turning utility and building energy data into trustworthy sustainability outcomes. You will benchmark, define reporting workflows, and enable asset managers to defend ESG improvements.

You’ll partner with Utility Operations and Engineering, engaging top customers weekly and delivering capabilities that reduce manual ESG efforts while driving growth for Entrata Utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in product management for B2B SaaS/proptech or related domains.
• Experience with utility billing, submetering, or energy data platforms.
• GRESB or SASB reporting and document creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product path turning energy data into sustainability outcomes, including benchmarking and RCx workflows.
• Collaborate with Utility Operations/Engineering to define requirements and release readiness.
• Engage with sophisticated customers weekly to ship capabilities reducing ESG firefighting.
