Job summary

Middesk is seeking a Product Manager to join the Entity Management team. You will own the day-to-day roadmap for core products that automate complex compliance workflows and support formation, maintenance, and management of business entities.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations to drive features from specs to ship, with customer validation guiding priorities. You’ll work in a hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in our NYC office, coordinating with Legal/Compliance

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in product management, technical consulting, or operational leadership for enterprise products or automation platforms.
• Experience with B2B SaaS delivered via APIs or embedded ecosystems.
• Proven ability to own mature, revenue-generating product lines and scale features with measurable margins.
• Systems thinking mindset with KPI discipline including SLA, task completion, cost-per-action, and escalation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day roadmap execution for core product area, including specs, sprints, and shipping features.
• Engage with customers to validate problems and test solutions; collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations.
• Work with Legal/Compliance SMEs to translate regulatory requirements into buildable specs.
• Write clear specs and align Operations, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and GTM on roadmap execution and embedded distribution.
