Job summary

Middesk is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the Entity Management team, overseeing products that help companies establish and maintain their business entities and payroll tax obligations.

You will lead a small PM team, own parts of the roadmap from discovery to launch, and work closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and GTM to scale our payroll tax and formations products. The role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS.
• Experience delivering B2B products via APIs or embedded ecosystems.
• Track record owning products across different stages of maturity.
• Experience leading a small team while remaining hands-on.
• Strong systems and operational thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Comfort operating cross-functionally across Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small product team while staying hands-on and drive the roadmap from discovery to launch.
• Own the health of flagship products, balancing reliability, efficiency, and new capabilities.
• Harden payroll tax registration for its next stage of scale and expand product scope.
• Build and scale emerging products, including broader payroll suite and Business Formations.
• Use agentic workflows to automate complex compliance work and reduce manual effort.
• Stay close to customers and partners to identify problems and shape the roadmap.
