Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a Manager, Product to define strategy and drive outcomes for one or more complex engineering platforms. In a player-coach role, you will blend product management expertise with people leadership to develop scalable, self-service capabilities for engineering teams.

You will lead roadmaps, drive adoption, and measure KPIs, collaborating with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Architects, and stakeholders to align customer needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience in product management or product ownership roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management, stakeholder mgmt, market/user research, and process design.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product roadmap as part of the broader business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to prioritize roadmaps and releases across products.
• Ensure business outcomes are linked to product strategy and measurable KPIs.
